Description

You will manage application stability and deployment across multiple environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and support procedures.
• Coordinate and execute deployments for UAT, Production, and DR environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents by working with stakeholders.
• Perform additional technical tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in application support, software development, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, or MS SQL.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
