Key Skills: AWS, EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, S3, ITIL, REST APIs, SQL, Python, JIRA, GitHub

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain application uptime and performance by monitoring operational health, managing enhancements, defects, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and CAPA management.
• Support microservices and REST APIs by troubleshooting platform and infrastructure issues.
• Coordinate system integration support across AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, and S3.
• Manage communication and escalations with vendors and business stakeholders.

Experience Required:

• 5–7 years of experience in application support and system integration.
• Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, and S3.
• Experience with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and CAPA management.
• Hands-on experience supporting REST APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of JIRA, HP ALM, and GitHub.
• Good to have experience with SQL and Python scripting.
