Description

Own application uptime, performance monitoring, and operational health for AWS-based microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational health and maintain application uptime and performance.
• Manage daily operations, including enhancements, defects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee ITIL processes for incident, problem, change, and CAPA management.
• Troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues for microservices and REST APIs.
• Coordinate system integration support across AWS services including EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, and S3.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in application support and system integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, S3.
• Proven experience with ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, and CAPA management.
• Hands-on experience supporting REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with JIRA, HP ALM, and GitHub for issue tracking and version control.
• Experience with SQL for database queries and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Any Graduation).

Preferred Skills

• Python scripting experience for automation or tooling.
