You lead the application support function for Microsoft-based systems, managing the team and technical strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Support & Maintenance Team for Microsoft-based systems.
• Support applications developed using the .NET technology stack.
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of production environments.
• Manage team performance and operational workflows.
• Coordinate with development teams on complex issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in application support.
• 5 years of experience leading a Support & Maintenance Team.
• Proficiency with .NET and ASP.NET.
• Experience with Entity Framework.
• SQL Server expertise.
• Familiarity with Front End Development.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Experience with React JS and Angular.
• Understanding of WCF.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Strong background in database optimization.
