Description

This role involves leading application support efforts within a demanding operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues by analyzing application logs and interpreting root causes.
• Provide production support, specifically within Financials domain contexts.
• Manage incident resolution using established ticketing tools.
• Collaborate across diverse and multiple stakeholder groups in a global delivery setting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Application Support.
• Expertise in Unix and SQL environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one monitoring tool: Dynatrace, APICa, Splunk, Prometheus, or AppDynamics.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python or Shell).
• Experience utilizing data visualization tools such as Kibana or Grafana.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Ability to work effectively within a rotational shift structure.
