Description

You will provide technical support and manage application stability in a hybrid environment based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical incidents and manage problem lifecycles.
• Maintain and support Windows and Linux infrastructures.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data management and troubleshooting.
• Develop scripts to automate routine tasks and system processes.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in technical support.
• Proficiency in SQL programming languages.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Shell Scripting.
• Hands-on experience managing Windows and/or Linux infrastructures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be located in Portugal with CPLP nationality or an EU work permit.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of C# and Java programming languages.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks for incident and problem management.
