Description

You will provide mid-level application support for enterprise systems, ensuring stability and rapid resolution of incidents. You will own the operational health of critical infrastructure, leveraging deep technical knowledge to diagnose and fix complex issues. Your work bridges the gap between development, operations, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure incidents within defined SLAs.
• Maintain system availability by monitoring Linux environments, databases, and network services.
• Automate routine maintenance and deployment tasks using scripting languages.
• Document technical solutions and update knowledge bases in Confluence.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or application administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Linux OS administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and basic database management.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• IT, Electronics degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting proficiency in Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with configuration management platforms like SCCM, SCOM, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Basic administrative knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.
