• Monitor performance, availability, and serviceability benchmarks.
• Use online submission and tracking systems to provide status updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support and maintenance.
• Proven experience in software support.
• Knowledge of networking principles.
• Experience working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ability to manage custom applications and vendor-developed software.
• Any Graduate degree.
