You will maintain and support business applications to ensure continuous availability, security, and seamless operation within defined SLA constraints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business applications to ensure platform security and continuous availability.
• Manage application support tasks and address mission-critical issues or unexpected contingencies.
• Monitor performance, availability, and serviceability benchmarks.
• Use online submission and tracking systems to provide regular status updates.
• Resolve incidents within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) constraints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support and maintenance.
• Proven experience in software support and managing custom applications.
• Knowledge of networking principles.
• Experience working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ability to manage vendor-developed software and handle incident resolution.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for business-critical applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with online submission and tracking systems.
• Background in monitoring performance and serviceability benchmarks.
