Description

You own the operational stability of critical financial reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for FED, Balance Sheet, and Firm Capital reporting.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure adherence to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and regulatory requirements.
• Lead critical support activities and system improvement projects.
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to maintain stability and support releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a technical support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for high-pressure environments.
• Familiarity with automation and observability concepts.
• Basic understanding of investment banking systems.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends, holidays, and second shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and scripting languages like Python or Shell.
• Experience or internship in financial services or production support.
