Description

You will provide software application support under the supervision of senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software application functionality and suggest improvements to front-end and back-end systems.
• Consult with software development teams, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
• Manage code migration across environments to ensure synchronized functionality.
• Identify root causes of application errors and escalate critical concerns to senior engineers.
• Document processes, monitor performance metrics, and maintain records of configuration changes and application updates.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application support or a related technical role.
• Experience working directly with software development teams.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on application errors.
• Experience managing code migrations across different environments.
• Ability to monitor application performance metrics and document technical processes.
• Experience providing front-end support to clients and internal departments.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
