Description

You will provide application support services, ensuring 100% SLA compliance and resolving production issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support applications to meet 100% SLA compliance.
• Provide on-call support and triage production tickets and issues.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with application and other support teams to resolve issues.
• Automate daily tasks by writing scripts to streamline BAU activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in Splunk.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
