Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent hands-on application support including deployment and analysis of logs using Unix commands
• Develop and maintain shell scripts for application support and automation processes
• Work with OpenShift platform for application deployment and container management
• Monitor and manage applications using ITRS monitoring tools and track issues in JIRA
• Handle job scheduling and workflow management using Autosys for batch processing
• Lead and independently handle shift operations with proactive approach to problem resolution
• Work in rotational shifts including weekends with timings from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Experience Required: 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in application support with strong communication skills
