Description

You will provide production support for banking applications, focusing on the identification and resolution of production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve production incidents while managing incident and problem tickets through enterprise ITSM tools.
• Perform problem management post-resolution to determine root causes and track permanent mitigation actions.
• Manage capacity, performance, and availability to ensure production and performance SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with development teams on service take-on, training for new services, and significant upgrades.
• Support internal and external audits and manage stakeholder relationships to align defect fixes with business KPI metrics.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide real-time restoration and triage for technical services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience in Production Support, ITIL, Release Support, or Technical Implementations.
• Core Java expertise including JDBC, EJB, and Java Web Services.
• Experience with server-side technologies including SOAP/Restful services, XML/XSLT, XML, JDBC, and AOP.
• Proficiency with MQ Micro Services and MuleSoft.
• Database experience using Oracle, DB2, and PL/SQL queries for incident resolution.
• Experience with Application Monitoring, Production Governance, and Operational Readiness.
• Proven ability to triage issues impacting technical services and coordinate with cross-functional support teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
