Provide technical support and application analysis for long-term contractual operations onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Perform application development code review and analysis to ensure system integrity.
• Manage system integration and end-to-end data flows across business processes and applications.
• Execute root cause analysis and manage ITMS-ITIL processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Optimize RDBMS through performance tuning.
