Description

You will manage and support application environments, focusing on troubleshooting and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and deploy applications using IIS.
• Debug code and perform automated testing to ensure stability.
• Manage application tasks using schedulers and scripting languages.
• Resolve technical issues within Windows operating systems and RDBMS environments.
• Prioritize and manage multiple support tasks effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support.
• Expert proficiency in C#.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework and .NET MVC.
• Practical knowledge of MSSQL Server and SQL.
• Experience with Entity Framework, ADO.NET, or other ORMs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience using ServiceNow for incident management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
