Support Prime Services systems across the APAC region, ensuring platform stability, performance, and reliable production releases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives for monitoring, stability, resiliency, and capacity to improve platform performance.
• Automate repetitive tasks and enhance existing monitoring tools to reduce manual overhead.
• Manage service rollouts and execute production change releases to minimize incidents.
• Lead major incident management, facilitate bridge calls, and coordinate global investigations.
• Coordinate annual disaster recovery drills and collaborate with global teams in a follow-the-sun model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking application support or the Securities Trading industry.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Kafka, and Python.
• Experience managing platforms using Kubernetes.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL Service Management framework.
• Proficiency in SQL and Shell scripting.
• Working knowledge of UNIX and Linux operating systems.
• Experience managing platforms in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools including Autosys, ITRS Geneos, and Dynatrace.
• Understanding of Agile methodology.

• Relevant exposure to software development and support.
