Description

• Looking for L2 Application Support / Production Support professionals.
• Strong experience in Python OR C# is mandatory (either one is acceptable).
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in automation/scripting; this is not a core development role.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and production support experience is required.
• Good understanding of application workflows with the ability to work independently with minimal handholding.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, etc. is preferred; candidates should understand how applications integrate with these tools.
• Environment consists primarily of Java-based legacy applications, so understanding application architecture is important.
• Strong communication skills are mandatory.
• This is an urgent requirement, and profiles matching the above criteria should be shared on priority
