Description

You will provide hands-on application support for Java microservices and associated AWS infrastructure, ensuring system stability and rapid issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support, test, debug, and deploy application code independently.
• Troubleshoot issues across Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Manage application support rotations as required by the customer.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application support.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Springboot microservices.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting AWS services including EC2, RDS, Lambda, Route 53, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with AWS CLI and cloud automation practices.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Competency in scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with CRM applications and Jira for tracking and workflow.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
