Description

You will ensure application stability by managing incident requests and maintaining service levels. Your focus is on resolving technical issues, automating routine tasks, and supporting business operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to open tickets, prioritizing service requests and incidents to meet SLA requirements.
• Configure and set up data or processes as an application administrator for new implementations.
• Develop scripts to automate repeatable manual tasks and perform system data maintenance or patching.
• Execute data extractions and develop reports to satisfy user requests.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application support or report building.
• Strong SQL skills specifically for IBM DB2 and MS SQL databases.
• Proficiency in SQL query development and technical support.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-IT users.
• Proven experience in customer service and relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Crystal Reports or Power BI.
