Ensure application stability by managing incidents, automating tasks, and supporting business operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve open tickets, prioritizing requests to meet SLA requirements.
• Configure and set up data or processes for new implementations as an application administrator.
• Develop scripts to automate routine manual tasks and perform system data maintenance or patching.
• Execute data extractions and generate reports to satisfy user requests.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in application support or report building.
• Strong SQL proficiency, specifically with IBM DB2 and MS SQL databases.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system problems and provide technical support.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-IT users.
• Proven experience in customer service and relationship management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Crystal Reports or Power BI.
