Description

You will resolve technical issues for court staff and the public, supporting the MiFILE document management application and court-specific technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support courtroom audio-visual and recording equipment including JAVS and BIS.
• Assist users with hybrid meeting technology such as Zoom.
• Step into live courtroom environments to address AV or computer issues during proceedings.
• Learn and maintain support for the MiFILE court document management application.
• Respond to and resolve technical inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or application maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with JAVS and BIS courtroom technology.
• Proficiency in supporting Zoom and hybrid meeting platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Ability to work effectively in live courtroom environments under pressure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for audio-visual and computer hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with court document management systems.
• Familiarity with live event technical production.
