Description

You will manage production application stability, incident resolution, and deployment processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve critical application alerts and production defects to prevent incident recurrence.
• Implement pre-production and production code deployment plans and vendor application upgrades.
• Execute Disaster Recovery scripts during outages and identify automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with development teams to update runbooks and provide feedback on application design.
• Validate and submit responses for ongoing audits while aligning risk and control processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related experience in application support or production environments.
• Proficiency with Java/J2EE and Oracle/SQL.
• Experience managing IBM MQ and Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with AutoSys and Linux/Unix platforms.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments.
• Familiarity with SNOW/ITIL processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Containers (Kubernetes/Docker) and IIB.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals and Finance/Securities domain knowledge.
