You will act as a Subject Matter Expert providing technical support and driving operational stability for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of critical incidents, defining prioritization, escalation, and stakeholder communication strategies.
• Support system changes, including application releases, infrastructure maintenance, and business continuity testing.
• Shape the production monitoring and observability estate by championing new features and leveraging analytics.
• Partner with development teams to implement long-term improvements to application stability and performance.
• Define and champion the automation strategy to reduce operational toil across systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in a Production Support role managing enterprise-level applications at an SME level.
• SME-level expertise in Unix/Linux and advanced Shell Scripting.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB, Tibco EMS, MQ, Kafka, and REST APIs.
• Experience operating within OpenShift environments.
• Proven experience mentoring junior team members and leading technical initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and log aggregation platforms.
