Description

You will own the operational stability and technical support of enterprise applications as the primary Subject Matter Expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of critical incidents, defining prioritization, escalation paths, and stakeholder communication.
• Support system changes including application releases, infrastructure maintenance, and business continuity testing.
• Shape the production monitoring and observability estate by implementing new features and leveraging analytics.
• Partner with development teams to drive long-term improvements in application stability and performance.
• Define and execute the automation strategy to reduce operational toil across systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in Production Support roles managing enterprise-level applications at an SME level.
• SME-level expertise in Unix/Linux and advanced Shell Scripting.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB, Tibco EMS, MQ, Kafka, and REST APIs.
• Experience operating within OpenShift environments.
• Proven experience mentoring junior team members and leading technical initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring tools and log aggregation platforms.
