You will lead application support initiatives, ensuring system stability and driving technical enhancements for complex enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with technology teams to integrate application functions and deliver targeted enhancements.
• Analyze application logic to diagnose complex issues, define root causes, and implement scalable solutions.
• Document systems scope and objectives, translating business processes into precise technical requirements.
• Identify application vulnerabilities and operational exposures, presenting structured risk mitigation options.
• Take ownership of support projects focused on application stability, operational efficiency, and service effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application support or systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Linux, SQL, MongoDB, Python, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies and application support frameworks.
• Ability to operate independently on complex deliverables and large-scale projects.
• Flexibility to work shifts between 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM with weekend rotation availability.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ITRS Active Console, Autosys, or CONTROL-M schedulers.
• Familiarity with GCP, AWS, OpenShift, or GCO monitoring tools.
• Experience in financial services environments, including disaster recovery testing and mentoring.
