Description

You will manage application performance and resolve technical issues through proactive monitoring and debugging. You will own the stability of enterprise systems by analyzing logs, debugging code, and tracking incidents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by analyzing application logs and code.
• Monitor application performance using tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Manage user requests and track incidents via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Perform DevOps-related tasks including scripting and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot database-related problems within Oracle or PL/SQL environments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in application support or monitoring.
• Strong Java background for support and debugging purposes.
• Proficiency with Splunk or other application monitoring tools.
• Experience with Oracle and PL/SQL database troubleshooting.
• Ability to use ServiceNow for managing daily ticket volumes.
• Scripting skills in Python, Shell, Bash, or Terraform.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with public cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Availability to work some weekends remotely.
