Description

You will own system analysis, application maintenance, and media infrastructure support across enterprise platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain AV infrastructure, including Tricaster, IVGA streaming tools, and conference room equipment.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, managing information architecture, permissions, and performance optimization.
• Build and support internal tools and integrations using .NET (C#/ASP.NET).
• Design and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to streamline operations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 services and manage eSignature workflows using DocuSign.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with AV/streaming platforms (e.g., Tricaster) and digital media workflows.
• Hands-on .NET development experience, including C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs, and SQL.
• Proficiency in SharePoint site development and administration.
• Experience developing solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (O365) administration and support.
• Experience managing digital media workflows, including content archival and transcoding.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
