You will design, develop, and maintain complex geographic databases and data infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex geographic databases, feature sets, and data architecture.
• Analyze data integrity and optimize data exchange processes.
• Automate data capture, conversion, and GIS maintenance procedures.
• Debug code, determine data conversion algorithms, and troubleshoot GIS data processing issues.
• Provide QA/QC on spatial datasets and deliver programmatic solutions for map and data requests.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in GIS development and spatial data management.
• Expert proficiency in Esri products (ArcGIS Desktop/Pro/Enterprise).
• Advanced knowledge of ArcGIS Suite (Desktop, Pro, Server, Portal) and ArcGIS Online.
• Strong Python scripting experience, including ArcPy and APIs.
• Experience managing enterprise geo-databases (ArcSDE).
• Strong SQL and spatial data integration skills.
• Proficiency with FME for ETL processes and automation.

Preferred Skills

• QGIS experience.
• Project leadership experience.
