Required Skills

• Service Desk Management experience (0-2 years).
• Strong ability to interpret and design technical resolutions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
