Description

You will support and maintain HPE Network Management Center environments in a 24x7 operational setting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade NNM, NPS, NA, and iSPI in HA and application failover environments.
• Integrate NNM with multiple management tools, third-party tools, and UCMDB.
• Configure LDAP, SMTP, and SSL settings on NNM and NA platforms.
• Troubleshoot discovery failures and integration issues for routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Manage NPS standard and customized reports, including scheduling and migration tasks.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience with HPE Network Management Center.
• Hands-on experience with NNM, NPS, NA, and iSPI installation and migration.
• Knowledge of NNM/NA console, custom polling, SNMP Traps, and monitoring settings.
• Experience with DDP installation and NNM integration.
• Proficiency in Perl or Shell scripting for NNM customization and automation.
• Understanding of ITIL framework, SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Ability to perform discovery and troubleshooting for network hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or any graduate degree.
