Provide technical support and subject matter expertise for Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to Microsoft Teams Infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance to clients on effective infrastructure utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the infrastructure environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Infrastructure and its core components.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving Microsoft Teams technical issues.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and act as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Any Graduate degree.
