You will act as a Subject Matter Expert managing software licensing compliance and team technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Provide technical solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to key technical decisions.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Software License Management.
• Deep understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing software licenses and ensuring organizational compliance.
• Knowledge of license optimization techniques to minimize costs.
• Familiarity with license management tools and software asset management.
• 4 to 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the ITIL framework.
• Experience supporting cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of software asset management best practices.
