Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain legacy DCR applications on SCO Unix/UnixWare.
• Develop and troubleshoot Unix shell scripts and batch processing jobs.
• Monitor and support mission-critical production systems.
• Manage flat-file processing and scheduled batch jobs.
• Debug and reverse engineer legacy applications with limited documentation.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams on enhancements and issue resolution.
• Perform incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and recommend system improvements.
