Description

Execute comprehensive testing cycles for Salesforce applications, covering mobile web versions, custom objects, and page layouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test scripts covering software scenarios, regression, negative, smoke, and usability testing.
• Perform end-to-end testing and maintain traceability matrices between requirements and test cases.
• Prepare test data using data loaders to import information from Salesforce.com objects.
• Define requirements in Jira and map them to test cases to ensure full traceability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to diagnose problems, identify bugs, and recommend solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with smoke, sanity, and regression testing.
• Proficiency in Jira for requirement and test case management.
• Experience with Salesforce application components, including custom objects, fields, and reports.
• Ability to perform negative testing and bug re-tests.
• Experience executing End 2 End test cases.
• Skill in test data preparation and data loading.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience generating status reports for leadership.
