Description

Own functional and integration testing for the VSP 360 platform across multiple virtualization environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional test cases for VSP 360 deployments on Red Hat KVM, VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox.
• Perform integration testing in enterprise scenarios and maintain accurate pass/fail records.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, creating detailed validation reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to validate test coverage and support release readiness.
• Contribute to test case repositories and ensure thorough documentation for program continuity.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Application Validation.
• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Hands-on experience in Functional Testing and Integration Testing.
• Experience testing enterprise software applications in production or near-production environments.
• Ability to create and maintain test cases, test plans, and execution reports.
• Experience validating software deployments in virtualized or on-premises environments.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication of defect findings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing applications on Linux platforms (Red Hat Enterprise Linux/CentOS preferred).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies including KVM, VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and automated test execution.
