Description

Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow architectures and custom applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom applications, data integrations, and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop complex reporting structures and data models to support business requirements.
• Execute workflow automation and platform customization.
• Manage interoperability using web services and event architecture.
• Apply business process analysis to iterative solution design and delivery.

Required Skills

• Minimum 17 years of relevant IT experience.
• At least 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing SPM and APM modules.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, specifically SPM, APM, and ITSM domains.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Knowledge of interoperability technologies such as message-oriented middleware and service-oriented bus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SPM or APM.
