Description

Lead architecture design and end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on SPM and APM modules.

Responsibilities

• Architect ServiceNow SPM/APM solutions including Demand Management, PPM, Enterprise Agile Planning, and Financial Planning.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems such as GitLab and Jira.
• Customize the ServiceNow platform to ensure synergy with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Service Catalog modules.
• Produce software architecture documents and support the implementation of Security Plans and Data Protection Records.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and organizational change.

Required Skills

• Minimum 17 years of relevant IT experience with a University degree in IT.
• At least 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• At least 3 years of experience specifically implementing SPM/APM modules.
• Expertise in workflow automation, data modeling, and custom application design within ServiceNow.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Knowledge of interoperability technologies, including web services, message-oriented middleware, and event architecture.
• Proven ability in business process analysis and iterative solution delivery.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA).
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in SPM or APM.
