Responsibilities

• Perform software installations, upgrades, testing, and maintenance.
• Provide direct guidance to clients regarding product function, usage, and operation.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to convey feedback to design and engineering.
• Manage complex, critical tasks independently without direct supervision.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support roles.
• Expertise in Application Support and Deployment Support.
• Hands-on experience with IT Support, Help Desk, and Desktop Support.
• Proficiency with JCP.
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
• Proven ability to work autonomously on high-priority tasks.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
