Description

You will manage application support, incident documentation, and user onboarding for the Transport Tool in Littleton, CO.

Responsibilities

• Document incidents and manage escalation processes using Freshdesk and NCSS systems.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardware replacement requests through detailed trouble tickets.
• Communicate with internal customers, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Onboard and train new users on the Transport Tool.
• Analyze existing processes and functionality to identify system improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Transport Specialist, Fiber Designer, Systems Engineer, Software Engineer, System Administrator, or Support Engineer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience managing technical trouble tickets and escalation workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical details effectively across different departments.
• Proven ability to learn new software, processes, and development concepts quickly.
