Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for business-specific applications and resolve complex user issues.
• Consult with project personnel to offer technical advice and solve system problems.
• Lead technical aspects of business systems projects and participate in implementation efforts.
• Monitor application updates and vendor changes to ensure platforms remain current and supported.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application administration or technical support.
• Proficiency with SQL.
