Description

You will develop, support, and troubleshoot mainframe applications, handling both real-time and batch processing workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements for data, workflows, logical processes, and system interfaces.
• Write and maintain technical specification documentation for real-time and batch processing systems.
• Develop test transactions and execute tests to confirm programs meet specifications.
• Identify and resolve moderately complex production problems, tracing data flows between systems.
• Provide technical support and participate in an on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe environments.
• Proficiency in COBOL.
• Experience with both real-time and batch processing.
• Ability to create design and technical specification documentation.
• Experience performing system testing and error identification.
• Ability to trace data flow between multiple systems.
• Any Graduate degree.
