Description

You will own the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Epic Wisdom systems to align with organizational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Epic Wisdom implementation and configuration.
• Customize modules and optimize system performance for usability.
• Deliver user training and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to refine processes.
• Analyze existing workflows to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Application Analyst.
• Expertise in Epic Wisdom implementation and configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in healthcare IT or clinical environments.
