You will lead the architecture and design of cloud-native applications, directing development from conception through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of cloud-native applications, aligning with business objectives and technical standards.
• Develop applications implementing best practices for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee technical staff efforts during the application development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java EE development.
• 8+ years of strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• 8+ years of proficiency in API design and integration (REST, GraphQL).
• 8+ years of solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• 8+ years of experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for modeling complex business domains.
• 8+ years of familiarity with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• 8+ years of experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• 8+ years of knowledge of security best practices for cloud-native applications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Familiarity with performance tuning and high-availability strategies.
