Description

Lead the architecture and design of identity and access management solutions for complex enterprise requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement architectural plans for Okta, covering user provisioning, SSO, MFA, and access policies.
• Architect and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including onboarding external applications and developing custom connectors.
• Conduct assessments of existing IAM infrastructure to identify gaps and develop improvement strategies.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs for user lifecycle management, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Collaborate with security analysts, engineers, and project managers to deliver IAM projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing identity management solutions.
• 5+ years architecting access management solutions using SailPoint, Okta, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
• Deep technical understanding of SailPoint and Okta components.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, O365, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Oracle, and JIRA.
• Hands-on programming experience with Java, JavaScript, or BeanShell for SailPoint customization.
• Implementation experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Proficiency in CI/CD technologies including Git and Jenkins.
• Expertise in user lifecycle management, workflows, and custom reporting.
