Lead architecture and development for large-scale enterprise applications, ensuring scalable solutions and technical guidance across the full lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture teams on cross-functional projects, providing oversight from inception through production integration.
• Design and develop SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Drive continuous improvement by defining roadmaps, standardizing processes, and aligning development with departmental strategy.
• Ensure code quality and efficiency, mentoring peers and guiding architectural implementation goals.
• Translate user requirements into business solutions using complex systems analysis and best practices.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience as a software architect, lead developer, or development manager.
• Expert-level knowledge of FDOT architecture, applications systems design, and integration.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, Angular, NodeJS, ASP.NET/MVC, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) for 2+ years.
• Skilled in OOP, design patterns, performance troubleshooting, and development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, and RESTful services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API, ESRI JavaScript API, or OpenText eDOCS API.
• Proficiency in complex DAX queries and creating Power BI datasets and dataflows.
