Description

Lead the architectural design and technical implementation of agency financial business systems and complex data integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor application developers and database engineers during system construction and remediation.
• Translate business requirements into architectural designs, system diagrams, and component interaction models.
• Design, develop, and test software applications using the .NET framework and C#.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scheduled batch processes for system integrations.
• Manage application deployment plans and oversee implementation activities using CI/CD practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET/.NET Core, including API development.
• 5+ years of experience with T-SQL, including advanced stored procedures, DDL, DML, indexing, and error handling.
• 3+ years of experience in application architecture, technical design, and technical diagramming.
• 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and managing technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience in data mapping and testing high-volume complex data integration processes.
• 3+ years of experience in batch process development and batch cycle support.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing, cleaning, and transforming large datasets.
• 1+ year of experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and GitHub repositories.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing or supporting financial business systems.
• Prior experience working with a state government agency.
