Description

You will manage IT operations and provide technical support across multiple systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across various platforms.
• Manage ticket queues and track progress using Jira.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure stability.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Atlassian tooling including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of direct IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
• Experience supporting AWS services.
• Proficiency with Jira and Bitbucket administration and usage.
• Familiarity with software development principles.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Programming background in any language.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level Atlassian administration.
