You will manage corporate communications, media relations, and content accuracy across multiple stakeholder groups.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage alignment calls and project updates with Corporate Communications, Policy, and Government Affairs teams.
• Maintain a central deliverable tracker to monitor communication activations through project completion.
• Review media statements, internal emails, and public materials to ensure alignment with pre-approved narratives and brand voice.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to ensure accuracy in crisis or reactive communications.
• Write clear, concise, and grammatically accurate copy for various internal and external platforms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Issues Management.
• 8+ years of experience in client services or a PR Agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage reputation through brand voice alignment.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholder groups to ensure message congruence.
• Strong copywriting skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain narratives and resources as business priorities shift.
