Description

You will configure, develop, and support the FASTDS-VS COTS application while managing source control and production operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering, analysis, and application configuration for the FASTDS-VS system.
• Manage reference table configurations and user access permissions.
• Develop application changes, write scripts, and debug software issues.
• Conduct application testing and prepare detailed implementation specifications.
• Provide ongoing production application support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented development using .NET, Java, C#, or VB.
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of traditional and Agile software development methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development standards and coding best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with web services and APIs.
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Experience writing SQL stored procedures.
